Background

I initially started teaching physical training at a gym in Folkestone, slowly progressing onto training people in London in a gym and outdoors. I have trained semi professional and professional footballers, athletes and anybody that just generally has a training goal. I ensure that each of my clients receive the most effective training so they can achieve their ultimate goal.
