Bashing this out as I want to be working outside

but my laptop was overheating in the sun.

Anyhoo,  

If you’re lacking motivation for workouts, here’s bloody why  

You’re human.
That’s the answer.  

You’re naturally going to drop off with motivation, no one is EVER motivated all the time it just doesn’t happen. 

If anyone tells you they’re motivated all the time, they’re lying.  

So what do you do when you’re not motivated for workouts?  

KEEP GOING.  
Just go.  

Let’s flip the scenario  

Every day you turn up for work, are you motivated?  

ARE YOU FUCK 

but what do you do? 

You turn up.  

Why?  

Because if you didn’t, you wouldn’t get paid at the end of the month and you need to get paid so you can afford everything.  

Right?  So what happens when it comes to working out?  

You start motivated because it’s something new your motivation drops off, so you drop off from doing the work  you moan, you’re lacking motivation.  

The end.  

The only reason you’re dropping off is because you haven’t got the outcome that you wanted yet 

The reason you go to work and even do overtime… to be paid. See that in your bank account at the end of the month.  

The reason people workout to look and feel sexier and better the reason they stop,  because it’s not a quick pay off.

It takes time and even more effort before you see anything  but we are so used to doing something for a month and getting a lovely bank balance.  

Or ordering something we want off amazon and getting it the next day we want to see the wins QUICKLY  

and fitness and weight loss doesn’t do that.

Especially long term successfulness  

in the fitness and weight loss game.  

It takes time but because you don’t get the RAPID early wins, you fuck it off.  When you just need to play the long game.

Don’t amazon prime your body. Get a plan, get good accountability system (training partner, PT) and just do the work. Make your new routine automated like you getting in a car and pulling away.

You don’t think about it, you just do it. That’s what you want with your fitness routine.
