ANSWERS TO THE USUAL QUESTIONS
We are in Hythe. Based out of the Palmarsh Primary School, St Georges Place, Hythe, Kent, CT21 6NE
Once you’ve completed the payment and secured your place, you’ll then attend an intro session and then you can start right away.
We have 10 sessions available throughout the week. Monday, Wednesday, Friday 6-7pm, 7-8pm. Tuesday and Thursdays 7-8pm. Saturday and Sundays 8-9am. You can come to whichever sessions suit you best each week.
The challenge is £397 £299, this includes – 18 small group personal training sessions, a dedicated personal coach, a goal-specific training programme, nutrition support, supportive community, weekly check ins, daily accountability, fitness education and guaranteed results.
No – the payment for the challenge is a one off. No joining fees, no subscriptions and no additional costs.
It’s completely your choice. You can carry on as a fully fledged AGF member by choosing the membership option that works best for you or if you decide our community isn’t for you we part ways with no hard feelings.
